Transmission Upgrades for Freightliner 108SD and 114SD

Two semi trucks in the Freightliner running, the 108SD and the 114SD, will be receiving an engine upgrade. The Allison brand transmissions feature a patented torque converter that improves efficiently, traction, wheel control, and vehicle startups. These two semi truck models will begin shipping with the Allison transmissions standard.
